In order to streamline the registration process, registration will be handled by the Program Administrator.

Registration

Registrations can be submitted by Email, Fax or Mail. Online and downloadable submission forms can be found on each respective Program Page. Once we receive your registration, you will receive a phone call from the Program Administrator to confirm your attendance and fees.

Please note that room accommodations are not guaranteed unless and until payment is made in full.

+ Dietary Preferences: As per our Policy, guests with diet preferences, such as vegetarian or vegan diets, must inform Sylvan Lake Baha’i Centre 48 hours prior to the start of the program. Within 48 hours, SLBC cannot guarantee preferred meals will be available.

++ Room Preferences: As per our Policy, we do not guarantee you will get your preferred room. For example, private rooms (a.k.a the “motels”) will be prioritized to disabled persons, the elderly and families with very young children.

Payment

Payment for our programs, events, or workshops can be made over the phone, by check or money order. We accept MasterCard and Visa and Debit over the phone.

Please make checks payable to Sylvan Lake Bahá’í Centre Program Committee.

Deposit

A deposit of $50.00 per session is required at time of registration.

You must pay in full to guarantee a room.

Your balance due will be expected upon your arrival. You will not receive a room key or food ticket until that time.
